Regional Arts Council Veterans Picture Display
A Hmong-Amerucan memorial celebration today,
hosted by the Museum of the Forgotten Warrior. Thank
you Dann& Roberta Spear, Don Schrader and the
Bird. As well as so many incredible Hmong
Americans that did so much to support US soldiers
during the Vietnam War. There is a lot more we could
be doing to this group.

Secret War In Laos
of the Memorial Service held on Saturday June 27,
2015 at the Museum for Doug Woods, 173rd AB Viet Nam
Veteran. Flag being folded in front of the rifle
team. Doug was a past Commander of the American
Legion Post 42 in Marysville. His Memorial service
was well attended by both Viet Nam Veterans and
members of the American Legion.

Museum after he signed it. It is the SR-71 speed
Record trophy that was given for the record setting
flight from New York City to London when Jim flew as

Museum Booth was set up
today, June 7 at the Antique Street Fair in
Marysville. Thanks to Ron Russell, Promoter
and owner of "Times Passing Antiques:" for all
his continued support of the Museum !
Korean War jeep and flag display the
Museum set up at Plumas Lake Golf Course in
honor of Korean War Veteran Duke Griego. This
was the 1st Annual Golf Tournament and dinner in
memory of Duke. It was a great success! A big
Thank you goes to his daughter Mary Jane and the
committee who worked very hard to honor her
Father. A total of $25,000 was divided
and given to many local charities from the
proceeds!!!!!! What an awesome Day!
Memorial Day display at the Toyota Dealership in
Yuba City off of Highway 20. Had both our World War
II and Korean War (in photo) on display with our
American flags from the Museum to honor our
Veterans. The manager at Toyota said it was a big
success with many visitors looking at the vehicles.
It was also a Northern Recon Group display event
